Full Membership
What you get:–
With our Full Membership option you'll gain unlimited access to every small group session and classes option on our timetable.
With the unlimited membership you can complete up to 3 of our 1:4 PT sessions per week as well as unlimited extra classes.
We've specifically designed this membership to be your
one-stop-shop for fitness. Our small group PT sessions are a maximum of 4 clients to 1 Coach, and will take you through 3 week, progressive training blocks, specifically designed to get you to the next level in all areas of strength and fitness.
You'll recieve the coaching standard and attention of a 1-2-1 Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost.
Our dedicated team of coaches will oversee your training schedule and nutrition, so this membership will provide you with everything you need to succeed in achieving your goals.
From an initial consultation, current lifestyle and fitness evaluation and goal setting meeting we will be with you every step of the way through your
level-up journey.
