Our Class Membership option will provide you with unlimited access to our full group class schedule including HIIT-BLITZ, PowerDrive45, Box'n'Burn and Stretch & Recover.
Our class schedule has been designed and planned based on 10 years of experience and thousands of hours of trialing different methods and class combinations.
Whether you are looking to increase your general fitness, learn a new skill or simply add some variety to your current workout schedule this option is perfect for you and fantastic value for money.
Unlike many other gyms of the same nature, our group classes are limited to 10 participants per session meaning our coaches can give each person the time and support you need, no matter the level you are joining us at.
Covering all bases over the course of the week with the help of our specialist team we are confident we have the edge over other facilities when it comes to group training.
With 12 opportunities to join us each week and priority booking for pop-up sessions, guest speaker events and team days, there's something here for everyone.

With our Full Membership option you'll gain unlimited access to every small group session and classes option on our timetable.
With the unlimited membership you can complete up to 3 of our 1:3 PT sessions per week as well as unlimited extra classes.
We've specifically designed this membership to be your
one-stop-shop for fitness. Our small group PT sessions are a maximum of 3 clients to 1 Coach, and will take you through 3 week, progressive training blocks, specifically designed to get you to the next level in all areas of strength and fitness.
You'll recieve the coaching standard and attention of a 1-2-1 Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost.
Our dedicated team of coaches will oversee your training schedule and nutrition, so this membership will provide you with everything you need to succeed in achieving your goals.

Use as much or as little as you like in that time and we'll make sure that by the end of it you'll have a good understanding of how we can help you going forward and which membership option will be the right choice for you.
