PowerDrive-45 is a hybrid class consisting of a range of resistance training inspired by multiple disciplines, from functional training to strongman work. These sessions are designed to get you lifting and strengthening as well as using power based athletic movements to push your muscular strength, endurance and overall fitness levels, through the roof. If you want to leave with a bulletproof core, healthy joints that are ready for anything, and a feeling like you can run through a brick wall, this class is for you! Previous experience training with free weights is a bonus here but no matter what level you're at, we'll focus on moving with proper technique and developing solid foundational fitness, to ensure you're working harder and more effectively than ever and minimising the risk of injury. The PowerDrive-45 sessions are suitable for everyone, particularly those who are looking to start more resistance training and prefer to train in a group environment. If you're a complete beginner we'll make sure your first sessions are more technique focused but if you're coming in with a good understanding of technique already, get ready to be put to work! 😈🔥 Available on all membership options including pay-as-you-go.
