Ready for a fitness experience that keeps you on your toes? SQUAD is your weekly opportunity to get fit, have fun, and push your limits in a supportive group environment. Each week, we switch things up with a different focus, ensuring you never get bored and always have something new to look forward to. From high-energy boxing sessions to relaxing yoga flows, Pilates to outdoor boot camps, and even the occasional team run, every session is designed to challenge your body and keep you engaged. Plus, we’ll mix in some special guest instructors to keep things fresh and exciting! Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, SQUAD is open to everyone and offers a workout experience that adapts to your level. Bring your energy, your motivation, and your fellow squad members—we’ll take care of the rest!

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made with a minimum of 2 hours notice. (please nessage us to notify where possible when booking with less than 4 hours notice) Bookings can be made up to 21 days in advance. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook.
